Jerk Pan – Black

This drum has been hand made to provide years of cooking.   It has really taken years of development of going through other drums on the market that, well just are not very good.  I wanted a drum that was the right hight, was built to last, has big grills, the ability to change fuel easy, and of course to look GREAT!  Well here we have the JERK PAN BBQ.  It features include…

1. The “Drum”
   • Made from a 205Litre Drum, just like the original jerk drums that are found in Jamaica
2. The “Stand” 25mm square steel
   • This is not a bolted together stand, this is a welded solid stand.  Does it fold, NO!!  It is made to be solid.  The drum is bolted to the base so they work as one!
3. The “Hinges”
   • I have had the drums that have “door hinges” on them.  There is a reason they are called door hinges, THEY GO ON DOORS!  Our hinges are made from scratch and welded to a metal frame that goes around the drum to make a great fit.  The hinges are not welded to the barrel, they are welded to the 20mm steel that makes sure the barrel keeps its shape, no twisting with the Jerk Pan BBQ
4. The “warming/smoking” rack
   • This is the size of some BBQ, LOL.  It is 22cm x 84cm.  It can be used for cooking or warming.  You will love the Jerk Pan BBQ warming rack!
5. The “massive” cooking/smoking grill
   • Get ready! 55cm deep by 84 cm long!  It is MASSIVE!.  We have split it into 3 to make it super easy to refuel.  The bars are made from 6mm steel to make sure they do not bend.  This bad boys will last for years!
6. The steel “protection” plate
   • Have you seen the BBQ’s that have rusted through?  Not the Jerk Pan BBQ.  This plate sits at the bottom of the pan to make sure that the heat is keep away from the precious Jerk Pan.
7. The “wheels”
   • To carry this incredible Jerk Pan BBQ, we made sure we put wheels on it that glided along with ease.  Two of them even have locks on them to make sure it stays where you want it.
8. The “exhaust”
   • This is a 80mm pipe that is made from stainless steel that will take the smoke away from you when the lid is closed
9. The “paint”
   • To make sure your Jerk Pan BBQ stays looking great for years it is spayed with a pain that can go up to 600 degrees.  The trouble with powder coated BBQ is that once the power starts to come off, it comes off in sheets!  With this paint, it is so easy to touch it up with a little aerosol that you can purchase from us or a DIY shop.  So if you ever scratch it, or it starts looking a little tired, touch it up and it will look as good as new!!
